Leith’s independent, community vet practice

We’re a proudly independent, family-run veterinary practice in the heart of Leith, and we can’t wait to welcome you and your furry, feathered and scaly friends.

Our caring, comprehensive service means everything is handled under one roof—no extra trips across town required for treatment.

Covering everything from vaccinations, neutering and advice on preventative care to advanced surgery, emergency treatments and high-level dentistry, we’re committed to providing the same level of care we’d want for our own pets.

Our friendly team goes the extra mile to ensure anxious pets and their owners are given the time and space they need for a calm, low-stress visit. Our facilities have been thoughtfully designed by architect and practice owner James Corcoran, to feel warm, welcoming and reassuring rather than clinical.

As the only practice in central Edinburgh with Gold ISFM status, we’re epecially passionate about providing the very best care for cats.

Our vet Richard takes exotic and small herbivore referrals and practice owner Nichola is currently enrolled in an advanced dentistry course and she has a special interest in feline and canine internal medicine.
